Violca Spring / Summer 2026 — What's New in the Shop
The Café du Cycliste Spring/Summer 2026 collection has arrived in full. We walk through the key pieces, the new colourways, and what we think will be gone first.
The boxes arrived on a Tuesday. By Wednesday morning we had photographed, tagged, and listed everything — 34 new SKUs from Café du Cycliste and two new cameras from AKASO. This is the spring/summer edit.
Café du Cycliste
The standout of the S/S 2026 collection is the Marceline jersey in the new Riviera Blue colourway. Café du Cycliste have been refining this garment for five seasons and the current version is, genuinely, the best it has ever been — the fit is slightly more relaxed in the shoulders than previous years, which works well for longer rides.
Also new: the Florentine Bib Short in Midnight. The chamois is unchanged from the Pro version — which is the right decision — and the new leg gripper sits lower than on the previous cut, which riders with shorter inseams will appreciate.
The Paulette Jacket in Sage is the piece we are most excited about. A packable rain jacket that weighs 145g, seam-sealed, with a YKK waterproof zip. We have been waiting for something like this since the previous version was discontinued in 2024.
AKASO
Two new cameras: the Brave 8 (which we are still testing and will review separately) and the EK7000 Pro, which replaces the entry-level EK7000 with improved stabilisation and a slightly revised menu system.
Everything is live in the shop now. Sizes in the popular colourways go quickly — the Marceline in Riviera Blue sold out within 48 hours of the last drop.
