Orders

How do I know my order went through?

You will receive an order confirmation email within a few minutes of placing your order. If it doesn't arrive, check your spam folder — and if it's not there either, email us and we will confirm everything is in order.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

We process orders quickly, but if you contact us at info@violca.com within a few hours of placing it, we will do everything we can to help. Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to change or cancel it — but our returns process is simple and straightforward.

I received the wrong item. What do I do?

We are sorry — this should not happen. Email us at info@violca.com with your order number and a photo of what you received. We will send the correct item immediately and arrange collection of the wrong one at our cost.

Sizing & product

How do I choose the right size?

Each brand on Violca has its own sizing — Café du Cycliste tends to run true to European size, while AKASO uses standard international sizing. You will find a detailed size guide on every product page. When in doubt, go one size up for a more relaxed fit, or reach out and we will advise you based on the specific item.

Are your products genuine and covered by warranty?

Yes, absolutely. Every product on Violca is 100% authentic and sourced directly from the brand or authorised distributors. All manufacturer warranties apply. If you have a warranty issue with a product, contact us and we will manage the process with the brand on your behalf.

A product I want is out of stock. Can I be notified when it comes back?

Yes. On any out-of-stock product page, you can enter your email to be notified the moment it is available again. You can also email us — sometimes we can source specific items or confirm a restock date.

Shipping

When will my order be dispatched?

We process and dispatch orders within 3–5 business days of payment. Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link by email. For full estimated delivery times by country, see our Shipping & Returns page.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. Shipping is free on all orders over €100 to EU and UK addresses. For orders below €100, a flat rate is shown at checkout before you confirm your purchase.

Do you ship outside the EU?

We currently ship to EU member states and the United Kingdom as standard. For international orders, please email us before ordering and we will confirm whether we can ship to your location and what the costs would be.

Returns & refunds

How do I return something?

Email us at info@violca.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and the reason — we will take it from there. Full details are on our Shipping & Returns page.

How long does a refund take?

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we process refunds within 7 business days. The time it then takes to appear in your account depends on your bank or card provider — typically 2–5 additional business days.
