Violca is operated by Objects Gallery LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 08715126), with registered office at 134 Swarcliffe Avenue, Leeds, England, LS14 5NH.

By placing an order on violca.com, you are entering into a contract with us under the terms below. If you have any questions before or after purchasing, reach out at info@violca.com.

Placing an order — when you complete checkout, you are making an offer to purchase the items in your basket. We confirm acceptance by dispatching your order and sending a shipping confirmation email.

Order confirmation — you will receive an email confirmation after checkout. Please review it carefully. If anything is incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at info@violca.com.

Availability — all orders are subject to stock availability. In the unlikely event that an item becomes unavailable after you have ordered, we will contact you immediately and offer a full refund or an alternative.

Pricing — prices are shown in EUR and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We take care to keep prices accurate, but if an error occurs we will notify you before processing your payment.

We accept major credit and debit cards, and other methods shown at checkout. Payment is taken at the time of purchase. All transactions are processed securely — we never store your card details.

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days and shipped to EU and UK addresses. Delivery times vary by destination. Full details, including free shipping thresholds, are on our Shipping & Returns page.

For orders outside the EU, customs duties and import taxes may apply. These are the responsibility of the recipient.

You have the right to return any item within 14 days of receiving your order, provided it is unused and in its original condition. To arrange a return, email us at info@violca.com.

We take great care with product descriptions, sizing information, and photography. However, colours may vary slightly depending on your screen. If a product is not as described, contact us — we will make it right.

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential. Please let us know immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order, or be doing so with the consent of a parent or guardian.

All content on violca.com — text, images, branding, and design — belongs to Violca or its content partners. Please do not reproduce it without our permission.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our site or products. Our liability is limited to the value of the goods you purchased. Nothing here affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the English courts — though we sincerely hope we never need to go there. If you have a problem, please contact us first and we will do our best to resolve it.
