Where we ship

We ship to all countries within the European Union and the United Kingdom. For destinations outside the EU, please reach out to us at info@violca.com before placing your order so we can confirm availability and costs for you.

Delivery times

We process orders within 3–5 business days of payment confirmation. Once your parcel is on its way, you will receive a tracking link by email so you can follow it every step of the journey.

Estimated delivery after dispatch:

  • Poland: 1–2 business days
  • EU (Western Europe): 3–5 business days
  • EU (Eastern Europe): 2–4 business days
  • United Kingdom: 4–7 business days

During peak seasons — sale launches, major races — processing may take a day or two longer. We will always let you know.

Shipping costs

Shipping is free on all orders over €100. For orders under €100, a flat shipping fee will be shown clearly at checkout before you confirm your purchase — no surprises.

For international orders (outside the EU/UK), customs duties and import taxes may apply depending on your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking with your local customs office if you are unsure.

Returns — how it works

Not quite right? No problem. You have 14 days from delivery from the day your order arrives to let us know you'd like to return it.

To start a return, simply email us at info@violca.com with your order number and a brief note about the reason. We will reply within one business day with all the details you need.

Items must be: unworn, unwashed, with all original tags and packaging intact. Products that show signs of use cannot be accepted — this protects other customers receiving items in perfect condition.

Return shipping costs

If the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect — we cover everything. We will send you a prepaid return label and dispatch a replacement or full refund right away.

If you simply changed your mind — return shipping is at your cost. We recommend a tracked service. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 7 business days. The refund goes back to your original payment method.
